1. About us

This website, www.interiorpointworld.com (the "Website"), is owned and operated by  Interiorpoint, having its registered office at No. 127|1A, IneriorPoint, opposite to Copper Beach Road, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600119, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

We may update these Terms at any time. The version published on this page at the time of your visit applies to that visit. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

3. Nature of the Website

The Website is an informational and marketing platform describing our interior design, turnkey execution and related services. It is not an e-commerce platform and no purchase, booking or payment can be made through it.

Nothing on the Website constitutes a binding offer, quotation or professional advice. All designs, timelines, specifications and prices are subject to a separate written agreement executed between you and Interiorpoint for a specific project.

4. Enquiries and quotations

Submitting an enquiry through our contact form, email or phone does not create a contract between us. A project commences only when:

a) we issue a written quotation or proposal, and b) you accept it in writing, and c) the agreed advance payment (if any) is received.

Quotations are valid for [30] days unless stated otherwise, and are based on the site conditions, drawings and material selections known at the time of issue. Changes to scope, materials, site conditions or statutory requirements may alter the price and timeline, and will be communicated to you before proceeding.

5. Project terms

Terms governing any project — including scope of work, drawings, material specifications, payment schedule, timelines, site access, variations, snagging and handover — are set out in the individual project agreement or work order signed by both parties. In case of any conflict between these Website Terms and a signed project agreement, the project agreement prevails.

6. Warranty

Where a warranty is offered, its exact duration, coverage and exclusions are stated in the applicable project agreement or warranty certificate issued on handover. Warranty references on this Website are indicative only.

Warranty typically does not cover:

  • normal wear and tear, fading or discolouration over time;

  • damage from misuse, neglect, unauthorised alteration or repair by third parties;

  • damage from water ingress, seepage, dampness, fire, pest infestation, electrical surge or civil/structural defects not caused by us;

  • items, materials, appliances or fittings supplied directly by the client or by third-party vendors — these carry only the manufacturer's own warranty;

  • consumables, and natural variation in wood, stone, veneer and other natural materials;

  • failure to carry out reasonable routine maintenance.

Warranty claims must be raised in writing to interiorpointindia@gmail.com with photographs and the project reference.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Website — including designs, drawings, renders, photographs, text, graphics, logos, icons and the "Interiorpoint" name and mark — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999.

You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, modify or use any content for commercial purposes, or present our project photographs as your own work, without our prior written permission.

Design drawings, 3D renders and concepts prepared for a client remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, and may not be executed by another contractor without our written consent.

8. Project photographs and client confidentiality

Photographs on the Website depict projects executed by us. Client names and locations are published only where permission has been given or where the information is already public. If you are a client and wish to have your project removed from our Website or social media, write to us and we will do so within a reasonable period.

9. Accuracy of information

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Website accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, error-free or up to date. Colours, finishes and materials shown in photographs and renders may differ from the actual product due to lighting, photography and screen settings.

10. Third-party links

The Website may contain links to third-party sites and social media platforms (such as Instagram, Facebook and X). We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Following such links is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Interiorpoint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss — including loss of profit, business or data — arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Website.

Our total liability in respect of any project shall be governed by the signed project agreement and shall not exceed the value of that agreement.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

12. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Website to transmit unlawful, defamatory or offensive material, to introduce viruses or malicious code, to attempt unauthorised access to our systems, or to scrape or harvest content or data by automated means.

13. Force majeure

We shall not be liable for delay or failure in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, flood, fire, epidemic, war, civil unrest, strikes, transport disruption, material shortages, or changes in law or government action.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Website or these Terms.

(Optional — include only if you want disputes handled outside court:) Any dispute shall first be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual consent under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be Chennai and the proceedings shall be in English.
